Eddie Baez, LCSW

Mr. Baez has a Bachelors of Science degree in History with a minor in Sociology. He earned his Masters of Social Work from the University of Utah. He has worked with adult populations, the chronic mentally ill, substance abusers and crisis intervention. He has coordinated case management services for clients as well as assessed clients for referral to appropriate community agencies. His experience spans 12 years. Mr. Baez is fluent in Spanish and is available to conduct therapy and assessments in Spanish for clients.
